AP EAMCET 2026 Application Form Correction Window Opens: Edit Your Details at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in

The AP EAMCET 2026 correction window is open until April 13 at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in for candidates to rectify errors in their submitted applications. Students must ensure all details are accurate before the admit cards are released on April 28.

The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada, has officially activated the application correction link for the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET/EAPCET) 2026. Candidates who have already submitted their forms but realized they made an error now have a limited window to rectify their details.

According to the latest notification from the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), the correction facility is live from April 11 to April 13, 2026. This is a crucial opportunity for students to ensure their data matches their official documents before the hall tickets are generated.

How to Edit Your AP EAMCET 2026 Application Form?

The process is entirely online. Follow these simple steps to update your information:

  1. Visit the Official Website: Go to cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.

  2. Find the Correction Link: Click on the tab labeled “Category-2 Correction” or “Online Application Correction.”

  3. Log In: Enter your credentials, including your Registration Number, Payment Reference ID, Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket Number, Mobile Number, and Date of Birth.

  4. Modify Details: Once logged in, your application form will appear. Update the fields that are allowed for editing.

  5. Save and Print: After making the changes, click on ‘Submit’ or ‘Save’. Download the updated application form and take a printout for future reference.

What Can You Edit? (Category 1 vs. Category 2)

It is important to note that you cannot change everything on your own. APSCHE divides corrections into two categories:

Category 2 (Editable by Candidate):

These are details you can fix directly on the portal during this window.

  • Qualifying Exam (Year of passing/medium of instruction).

  • Place of Study (Intermediate or equivalent).

  • Mother’s Name.

  • Aadhar Card details.

  • Address for correspondence.

  • Community/Category status.

Category 1 (Requires Email Request):

If you have made a mistake in these fields, you cannot edit them online. You must send an email to the Convener (helpdeskeapcet2026@gmail.com) with supporting documents like your SSC Marksheet.

  • Name of the Candidate.

  • Father’s Name.

  • Date of Birth (as per SSC).

  • Signature and Photograph.

  • Stream (Engineering/Agriculture/Both).

Important Reminder

The JNTU Kakinada authorities have emphasized that this is a one-time facility. No further requests for changes will be entertained once the window closes on April 13. Errors in the hall ticket or category selection can lead to serious issues during the counseling and seat allotment process.

The exam itself will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT) consisting of 160 questions (80 in Mathematics/Biology, 40 in Physics, and 40 in Chemistry). There is no negative marking, making accuracy even more vital for a high rank.
