  • Visit the official application portal at https://apply.gitam.edu/.
  • Register by entering basic details including full name, mobile number, email ID, password, and preferred course.
  • Generate and note down the login credentials created after successful registration.
  • Log in using the credentials and complete all required sections covering personal information, academic qualifications, and professional experience (where applicable).
  • Upload scanned copies of necessary documents along with a recent passport-size photograph in the specified format and size.
  • Pay the prescribed application fee through the available online payment gateway.
  • Submit the form and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.  

• Offline mode
  

  • Download the application form from the official website at http://gitam.edu/.
  • Take a printout of the downloaded form.
  • Fill in all required details manually in capital letters using a black or blue ballpoint pen.
  • Attach a recent passport-size photograph in the designated space on the form.
  • Prepare a Demand Draft for the application fee amount, drawn in favor of GITAM Institute of Management, payable at Visakhapatnam.
  • Enclose the completed application form, photograph, Demand Draft, and copies of required documents.
  • Send the entire set via post or courier to: The Chairperson-Admissions, Gitam Institute of Management, Gitam University, Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam – 530 045.
