The Indian Infrastructure Finance Company Limited has announced recruitment for Grade A Assistant Manager and Grade B Manager positions. The total vacancies combined are 37, and both vacancies are on a full-time regular basis. The notification was released on 18th March on the official website, along with an advertisement on various public media platforms. The online registration for the recruitment commences from today (18 March) itself. The application window closes on 10, April, 2026. Candidates are advised to fill out the application form at the earliest, completing the full fee payment.Β

IIFCL Recruitment Full Selection Process

The IIFC recruitment is a multistage selection process that includes 4 rounds, which are described below:

  • Written Exam: An online CBT (Computer-Based Test) will be conducted. The test will have sections: English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Current Affairs and Domain Specific Knowledge (eg, project finance, infrastructure sectors, risk management).
  • Behavioural Test: Evaluation of personality traits, decision-making, communication, and suitability for PSU roles.
  • Interview: Final round where you will face an interview panel, where you will be evaluated on your personality, general awareness and domain awareness as well.

IIFCL Recruitment Eligibility

While the full official eligibility criteria are not out yet. However, based on similar PSU recruitment earlier, the following will be the IIFCL recruitment eligibility.

  • The upper age limit for the Grade A Assistant Manager posts will be 28 years, and the Grade B Manager will be 40 years.
  • In the Grade A positions, educational qualifications like CA/ICWA, MBA/PGDM in Economics/Finance will be considered for some positions, along with Graduates in any stream with 60% and above marks.
  • For Grade B Manager positions with graduate level educational qualification, there is 3-5 years of professional experience in related domains and in financial institutions like banks, NBFCs, etc.

Age relaxation for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD) as per Government norms.

IIFCL Recruitment Exam Date

Although the exam date hasn’t been confirmed officially. With the registrations closing on 18, April, we can expect the written exam date to happen in June, 2026.
