JEE Main 2026 Session 1 Exam Schedule

• Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech): January 21, 22, 23, 24, and 28, 2026, in two shifts – Shift 1 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon and Shift 2 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Paper 2A (B.Arch) and Paper 2B (B.Planning): January 29, 2026, in a single shift from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM

Paper 1 will be conducted entirely in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode, while Paper 2A includes Mathematics and Aptitude in CBT mode with Drawing Test in offline pen-and-paper mode on A4 sheet, and Paper 2B is fully in CBT mode. The authority has not announced further details yet regarding any last-minute changes or postponements for specific regions.
