How to Download the Answer Key and Answer Key Challenge Process

According to the official update from NTA, candidates must log in using their application number and date of birth or password to download the provisional answer key and view their recorded responses. The challenge process is entirely online and requires payment of a non-refundable processing fee.

Key steps to raise objections include:

Visit the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Log in with application number and password/date of birth.
Select the option to challenge the answer key or recorded response.
Identify the specific question ID or response to the challenge and provide justification.
Add claims to the list and proceed to payment.
Pay the fee and submit the challenge.

The fee is Rs 200 per challenged question, payable via debit card, credit card, or net banking. Challenges submitted without payment or through other modes will not be entertained. The authority has not announced further details yet on the exact date for the final answer key or result declaration for Paper 2.
