ICAI CA May 2026 registration without late fee ends on 16th March 2026, 11:59 pm. Candidates registering after this date will be liable to pay a late fee of Rs. 600 on the SSP ICAI portal.

16th March 2026 is officially the last date to complete your ICAI CA May 2026 registration without inviting a late fee. This applies to foundation, intermediate and final exam levels. Candidates will still be able to register for the ICAI CA May 2026 exams tomorrow, but will have to pay an additional late registration fee of Rs. 600. How to Find the ICAI CA May 2026 Application Form

Already Registered

If you have already registered at the SSP ICAI portal and filled your CA MAy 2026 exam form, you just need to complete your payment. Here are the simple steps required:

1. Visit https://eservices.icai.org/
2. Enter your User Id and Password and click on Sign In. 
3. In case you’ve forgotten your credentials, click on ‘Forgot Password’. Reset your password and login again.
4. Check your application and fill the gaps, if any.
5. Visit the payment page and pay the required fees based on your exam – foundation, intermediate or final. 
6. Your ICAI CA May 2026 fee payment is complete without any late fee charge. 

New User

If you’re a new user and do not already have an account at Eservices ICAI portal, follow these simple steps:

1. Visit  https://eservices.icai.org/
2. Choose ‘Click Here’ just next to the First Time User (New Student) option.
3. You will be taken to the CA May 2026 registration page. 
4. Add personal details like name, DOB, email, phone number etc. 
5. Generate OTP to proceed.
6. Add additional details as required by the portal.
7. Enter details of the exam you wish to appear for. 
8. Complete your application form by uploading suitable documents.
9. Cross check all the details – personal, academic, exam preferences, documents and others.
10. Once done, complete the registration by paying the fees for your level. 

Registered Students without SSP Login 

If you are already registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India but do not yet have login credentials for the SSP portal, you can create your account by following these steps:

1. Visit https://eservices.icai.org/
2. Choose ‘Click Here’ next to “Don’t Have a Login to SSP Yet? (Existing Student/Members)”.
3. Enter your Student Registration Number (SRN) or other required details.
4. Verify your identity using the OTP sent to your registered email ID or mobile number.
5. Create your User ID and Password for the SSP portal.
6. Once your account is created, log in to access the CA May 2026 application form, complete the required details, and proceed to pay the exam fees.

Foundation Level

The CA foundation exam May 2026 will be conducted from 14th May 2026 to 20th May 2026 by Institute of Chartered Accountants in India (ICA). This is the entry-level exam, typically for students who’ve freshly graduated from 12th standard. The CA foundation exam from May 2026 is available on the ICAI SSP portal from March 3rd 2026 to March 16th 2026 (up till March 19th 2026 with late fee).
