MBSE HSLC 2026 Examinations Begin in Mizoram; Class 10 Students Begin Theory Papers Today

MBSE HSLC 2026 examinations have begun in Mizoram from February 19, covering Modern Indian Languages, Science, Math, and other core subjects. Results are expected in April 2026, with exams conducted across designated centres statewide.

The Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) has commenced the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examinations 2026 on February 19, 2026, starting with the first paper in Modern Indian Languages (MIL) including Mizo, Alternative English, Hindi, Nepali, Bengali, and Manipuri. Class 10 theory exams will continue until March 16, 2026, in a single shift from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at designated centres, as per the official routine released on October 17, 2025, and confirmed in subsequent MBSE notifications.

HSLC 2026 Key Exam Dates

The MBSE timetable has been designed to provide adequate preparation time between major subjects. Core academic subjects are scheduled as follows:

Practical exams for Science, Introductory IT, and Home Science were conducted earlier on February 11, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at their respective centres.

Important Guidelines for Students

MBSE has issued standard instructions to ensure smooth conduct of the HSLC examinations:

• Carry the MBSE HSLC admit card 2026 on every exam day for verification.

• Arrive at least one hour before the scheduled start time.

• Bring essential stationery; borrowing or sharing is not allowed.

• Follow all directions given by invigilators and centre staff.

• Read the question paper carefully before answering.

• Recheck all responses before submission.
