The MOIL Graduate/Management Trainee recruitment has 2 selection rounds. The first round is the CBT (Computer-Based Test), followed by the Personal Interview(PI) round.

MOIL Limited has released the call letter and multiple exam-related information handouts for Graduate, Management Trainee and Manager (Survey) posts. The CBT (Computer-Based Test) is scheduled to be held on 3, April, 2026. The call letter download link has been shared by MOIL. Candidates who successfully registered can download the call letters from the provided link using their registration number, password/date of birth.

The call letter can be downloaded from 17 March 2026 onwards till 3 April, 2026. Candidates are advised to download the call letter at the earliest to avoid any last-minute website issues.

How to Download the MOIL Call Letter?

  • Visit moil.nic.in and go to the “Recruitment” section.
  • Click on the “RECRUITMENT OF GRADUATE TRAINEES / MANAGEMENT TRAINEES & MANAGER(SURVEY)” listing
  • Go to the Other Links column and click on “Download Call Letter
  • A PDF will open where you can find an IBPS link to download the letter
  • Copy the link and paste it in a new tab
  • Enter your registration/roll number and password/DOB.
  • Download and print the call letter along with the Information Handout.
  • An FAQ section is also available on the portal for common download issues.

MOIL Exam Centres Revised for Graduate/Management Trainee Exam

Due to a large number of applicants, MOIL has revised some exam centres in Chhattisgarh. For some applicants, the Raipur centre has been shifted to Bhilai, which is approx. 33 km away. In the Delhi-NCR region, some candidates have been assigned centres in the added regions in Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and Greater Noida. Candidates are advised to check their new centre on the call letter.

MOIL Exam: Key Exam Day Rules

  • Total duration: 90 minutes (you must be at the venue ~150 minutes early for biometrics, photo capture, etc.).
  • Calculators allowed only for specific posts (simple for MT Materials/Manager Survey; non-programmable scientific for technical GT posts).
  • Biometric thumb impression + photograph mandatory.
  • No mobile phones, books, or electronic devices permitted.
  • Rough sheet + ball-point pen provided (to be returned with call letter).

The Subject Knowledge section (55 marks) carries the highest weightage. Focus on your core discipline (Mining/Mechanical/Electrical, etc.). Also, do brush up on GK, Reasoning, and English. Download the handout immediately and attempt the sample questions to understand the interface.
