The NMC has confirmed that the NEET UG 2026 syllabus remains identical to the NEET 2025 syllabus. There are no additions, deletions, or modifications in any subject – Physics, Chemistry, or Biology. This continuity provides relief to students who have already started their preparation based on the previous year’s syllabus.

It is worth noting that the major syllabus revision happened in 2024 when NMC reduced the NEET syllabus from 97 chapters to 79 chapters. Several topics were removed from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at that time. The same reduced syllabus continued in 2025 and now remains unchanged for NEET 2026.
