The 17-page syllabus PDF, dated December 22, 2025, confirms that there are no additions or deletions in the NEET 2026 syllabus compared to the previous year. The UGMEB public notice states that the NEET UG 2026 syllabus has been finalized and uploaded on the NMC website for reference. The NMC has confirmed that the NEET UG 2026 syllabus remains identical to the NEET 2025 syllabus. There are no additions, deletions, or modifications in any subject – Physics, Chemistry, or Biology.
