Candidates who appeared for the exam can now log in to the official portal to view and download the provisional answer key PDF using their Application Number and Password. The answer key release is specifically for the General Ability Test (GAT) component of the entrance test; the Creative Ability Test (CAT) answer key has not been released due to the absence of a standard model solution.

Valid objections can lead to revisions in the answer key, which will then be incorporated into the final answer key — expected to be released in March-April 2026. The NIFT 2026 result will be declared based on this final answer key.
