RRB NTPC 06/2025 Exam Commences Today; Check Exam Day Guidelines, Things to Carry and Not to Carry

The CBT RRB NTPC question paper will comprise 100 objective-type questions spread across three sections: General Awareness, Mathematics and Reasoning.

The RRB (Railway Recruitment Board) is conducting the RRB NTPC 06/2025 exam today. March 16 at various exam centers across India. The CBT (Computer-Based Test) will be held in multiple shifts. The registered candidates under the Non-technical Popular Categories for notification dates 06/2025 will be appearing for the exam today.

Since thousands of candidates will be appearing for this exam, strict security protocols will be followed. The candidates are advised to reach the exam centre well before the Gate Closing time mentioned in their offer letter. 

Once the gates are closed, no candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall. The regular biometric screening will be conducted at the exam center with photomatching of the candidates before and after the exam.

Things Mandatory to Carry at RRB NTPC Exam Center

Candidates must carry the following things and documents to the exam center:

  • Admit Card
  • Original valid photo ID like Aadhar Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, etc
  • 2-3 Passport-size Photograph
  • Transparent water bottle (optional)

What Not To Carry At RRB NTPC Exam Centre

The candidates can’t carry the following items inside the examination center:

  • Mobile phones
  • Smart watches
  • Bluetooth devices
  • Calculators
  • Any communication gadgets

RRB NTPC Exam Pattern

The CBT RRB NTPC question paper will comprise 100 objective-type questions spread across three sections: General Awareness, Mathematics and Reasoning. Students are advised to carefully read the instructions after their first login in the exam and choose their default language for the paper. The options offered will be Hindi and English.
