Admit Card Download Process and Requirements

Candidates can access their admit cards through the official RRB portals, including the central link at rrb.digialm.com or region-specific sites such as rrbcdg.gov.in, rrbpatna.gov.in, rrbmumbai.gov.in, and rrbkolkata.gov.in. To download, applicants must log in using their valid registration number and date of birth, verify personal details including name, roll number, exam date, shift timing, reporting time, and exam centre address, and print at least two clear copies, one for the examination hall and one for records.

The city intimation slip, released earlier on March 7 or March 8, 2026, is a separate document and does not serve as entry permission; only the E-Call Letter grants access to the exam venue.

Exam Schedule and Pattern

The CBT-1 for graduate-level posts will be conducted over 10 days from March 16 to March 27, 2026, excluding certain dates, in multiple shifts daily (morning, afternoon, and evening). Specific exam dates and shifts are mentioned on individual admit cards. The 90-minute online test (120 minutes for PwBD candidates) comprises 100 questions worth 100 marks, distributed as follows:

  • General Awareness: 40 questions
  • Mathematics: 30 questions
  • General Intelligence and Reasoning: 30 questions

Negative marking of one-third mark applies for each incorrect answer. Qualifying candidates will advance to CBT-2, followed by document verification and medical examination as per the selection process outlined in the CEN 06/2025 notification.

Vacancies and Key Posts

The recruitment drive targets a total of 5,810 graduate-level vacancies across various non-technical positions in Indian Railways, including:

  • Station Master
  • Goods Train Manager
  • Senior Clerk cum Typist
  • Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist
  • Chief Commercial cum Ticket Supervisor
  • Traffic Assistant

Essential Instructions for Candidates

According to RRB guidelines, candidates must carry their original Aadhaar Card for mandatory biometric verification at the exam centre; no other identity proof will be accepted, and entry will be denied without it. Aspirants are urged to download the admit card promptly to prevent last-minute technical issues and to familiarise themselves with the exam centre location in advance. The authority has not announced further details yet on any changes to the schedule or additional admit card release phases for subsequent shifts.

Candidates should regularly visit their respective regional RRB websites or the official portal for any updates related to the NTPC Graduate Level recruitment under CEN 06/2025.
