Anna University’s Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (2026) and Common Engineering Entrance Test Admissions – Postgraduate (CEETA – PG) registrations went live on 16th March 2026. TANCET registration and CEETA PG registration links are now open till 10th April 2026. The TANCET exam offers admission into MBA and MCA courses, while the CEETA PG exam offers admission into M.E, M.Tech, M.Arch and M.Plan postgraduate engineering programmes in Tamil Nadu. Both exams target postgraduate courses.

How to Apply for TANCET 2026/ CEETA PG 2026

Students looking to apply for either of these exams can do so on https://tancet.annauniv.edu. Follow these simple steps:

1. Visit https://tancet.annauniv.edu
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find ‘Link for Online Registration’.
3. Or, follow this direct link  to the login page – https://tancet.annauniv.edu/tancet/sdt26/index.php
4. Enter details like name, email id, DOB, password, mobile number, exam name (can’t be changed later) and click ‘Register’.
5. Enter Personal Details, Educational Details and Exam Details in the form.
6. Upload photograph and signature and other documents required for the course.
7. Verify details, make the payment and submit.
8. Your TANCET 2026 registration, or CEETA PG 2026 registration is complete.

TANCET 2026

Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (2026) is conducted by Anna University for admissions into MBA and MCA courses in Tamil Nadu. TANCET 2026 registration date opened on 16th March 2026. Students have about a month’s period to register as the TANCET 2026 registration last date is 10th April 2026. ANNA University TANCET registration fee 2026 for MBA/MCA is Rs. 500 (SC/ST/SCA of Tamil Nadu) and Rs. 1000 (others). 

TANCET 2026 exam date is 9th May 2026 but timings are different for MCA and MBA courses. Take a look at these dates along with their fees:

CEETA PG 2026

Common Engineering Entrance Test and Admissions – Postgraduate 2026 gives admissions into courses like M.E, M.Tech, M.Arch and M.Plan in Tamil Nadu. The CEETA PG 2026 registration is also live from 16th March 2026 to 10th April 2026 on https://tancet.annauniv.edu/. The fee for CEETA PG 2026 is Rs. 972 (SC/ST/SCA of Tamil Nadu) and Rs. 1,944 (others) across all programmes.
