The registration fee varies by category and stream:
General candidates: Rs 1,200
Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates: Rs 600

Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility conditions for TG EAPCET 2026 include an age requirement of having completed 17 years by December 31 of the relevant year, with an upper limit of 22 years in most cases. A significant update is the removal of restrictions on the number of attempts, allowing candidates to appear as many times as they wish, subject to meeting other criteria.
The examination is a computer-based test prerequisite for admissions to courses such as BE/BTech, BTech (Agricultural Engineering), BTech (Biotechnology), BTech (Dairy Technology), BTech (Food Technology), BPharm and PharmD in affiliated institutions in Telangana.

For the Agriculture and Pharmacy group, the paper consists of 160 multiple-choice questions (80 in Biology — 40 Botany and 40 Zoology — plus 40 each in Physics and Chemistry), with each question carrying one mark.
