The previous deadline for Kerala PG Nursing registrations was 10th July 2026 11:59 PM. The latest extension gives eligible applicants additional time to register, upload documents, and pay the application fee (Rs. 1,155/ Rs. 578).

CEE Kerala has officially announced the extension of the Kerala MSc Nursing 2026 application last date to allow more candidates to complete the admission process. The extension is expected to benefit applicants who were unable to finish their registration, upload certificates, or pay the application fee before the earlier deadline.

In order to avoid any last minute issues or website delays due to high traffic, candidates must apply as early as possible. 

Who Can Apply for Kerala MSc Nursing 2026?

Candidates applying for Kerala MSc Nursing 2026 must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Must satisfy the prescribed Kerala nativity requirements.
• Should have a regular B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing degree with at least 55% aggregate marks from KUHS or any university recognised by KUHS.
• Must be registered with the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (or the respective State Nursing Council for candidates who studied outside Kerala).
• Should have one year of work experience in an eligible institution as on 29 June 2026.
• SC/ST, SEBC, and PwD candidates are eligible for a 5% relaxation in the minimum qualifying marks.

About Kerala MSc Nursing Entrance Exam 2026: 

The Kerala MSc Nursing Entrance Exam 2026 is a state-level entrance examination for admission to Master of Science (MSc) Nursing programmes in Government Nursing Colleges and Government quota seats in Self-Financing Nursing Colleges across the state.

The entrance test is conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. Candidates who qualify the examination are included in the merit list, after which admissions are carried out through the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) conducted by CEE Kerala. The exam offers admission to five nursing specialisations:
