Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani had opened the BITSAT 2026 Withdrawal Window 1 for candidates who have accepted admission offers through the First Degree admission process. The BITSAT 2026 withdrawal window 1  window was opened on July 9th, 2026  and will close on 10th July 2026 at 9:00 pm on BITSAT Withdrawal window portal. Candidates who do not wish to continue with their allotted programme can submit their withdrawal requests online using their login credentials. After deducting a processing fee of Rs. 1,000, the entire amount will be deposited back into the given bank account. 

The facility is applicable for admissions to BITS Pilani’s First Degree programmes, including B.E., M.Sc., and B.Pharm. programmes offered at its campuses. After the closure of the BITSAT 2026 withdrawal window 1, authorities and students will gear for BITSAT 2026 Iteration 3 results on 14th July 2026.

Who Can Apply for BITSAT 2026 Withdrawal?

Candidates meeting the following conditions can use the BITSAT 2026 Withdrawal Window 1 facility:

• Candidates who have received a BITSAT 2026 admission offer through the iteration process.
• Candidates who have accepted the offered seat and paid the required admission/advance fee.
• Candidates who do not wish to continue with their allotted programme and want to cancel their admission.
• Candidates admitted to First Degree programmes such as:
  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)
  • Master of Science (M.Sc.)
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.)

Candidates should note that withdrawal is a final decision. Once the admission is withdrawn, the cancelled admission offer cannot be restored.

How to Withdraw BITSAT 2026 Admission Offer Online?

Candidates can follow these steps to submit their withdrawal request:

1. Visit the official BITSAT withdrawal window portal.
2. Choose the ‘Withdrawal Window’ option by clicking on the Login button.
3. Log in using the registered credentials.
4. Open the Withdrawal Window option available on the candidate dashboard.
5. Select the admission offer/programme for which withdrawal is required.
6. Submit the withdrawal request after verifying the details.
7. Download and save the withdrawal confirmation for future reference.

Candidates should ensure that the request is submitted before the deadline of July 10, 2026.

What Is the BITSAT 2026 Refund Policy for Withdrawal Window 1?

Candidates withdrawing their admission through BITSAT 2026 Withdrawal Window 1 will receive a refund after a deduction of the applicable processing fee. As this is the first withdrawal window, candidates are eligible for a higher refund amount.

• A Rs 1,000 processing charge will be deducted from the paid admission fee.
• The remaining amount will be refunded to the candidate’s registered bank account.
• Refunds will be processed after the completion of the admission cycle.
• Candidates must verify their bank details on the admission portal to avoid refund delays

What Happens After BITSAT 2026 Withdrawal Window 1?

After the closure of Withdrawal Window 1, BITS Pilani will continue with the next stages of the admission process.

• The institute will announce the Iteration III admission results on July 14, 2026.
• Candidates who retain their seats or receive upgraded offers will have to complete the required fee payment within the given deadline.
• Candidates who wish to withdraw later will get another opportunity through Withdrawal Window 2 scheduled from July 19 to July 20, 2026.
