TS LAWCET 2026 Phase 2 Option Entry Begins at lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in; Check Steps to Exercise Web Options

The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has officially opened the web options entry window for the second and final phase of TS LAWCET 2026 counselling. Candidates seeking admission into 3-year and 5-year integrated LL.B. programmes across law colleges in Telangana can now submit their choices online through the official portal at lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in.

According to the official schedule released by TGCHE, candidates can exercise their choices from August 23 to August 25, 2026. A dedicated edit window will be opened on August 26, 2026, allowing applicants to modify or re-order their submitted choices before final freeze.

The Phase 2 provisional seat allotment result will be declared on August 29, 2026. Candidates allotted seats must complete physical reporting and original certificate verification at their respective colleges between August 31 and September 5, 2026.

Who is Eligible for Phase 2 Web Options Entry?

The second round of option entry is open to the following candidates whose documents have been successfully verified:

  • Candidates who completed fresh online registration and certificate verification during Phase 2.

  • Candidates who were verified in Phase 1 but were not allotted any seat in the first round.

  • Candidates who were allotted a seat in Phase 1 but did not report to the college or cancelled their admission.

  • Candidates who secured a seat in Phase 1, completed reporting, but wish to upgrade to a better college or branch in Phase 2.

Note: Fresh web options are mandatory for all Phase 2 participants, as choices submitted during Phase 1 will not be considered.

How to Exercise TS LAWCET Phase 2 Web Options?

Candidates can complete the choice-filling process by following these steps:

  1. Visit Official Website: Go to the official admission portal at lawcetadm.tgche.ac.in.

  2. Select Course: Click on the link for your respective course—3-Year LL.B. or 5-Year Integrated LL.B.

  3. Login: Click on the Web Options Login link and enter your TS LAWCET Hall Ticket Number, Rank, and Date of Birth.

  4. Browse Institutions: Access the list of participating government, university, and private self-financing law colleges.

  5. Select Preferences: Add your preferred colleges and courses to your choice list. Rank them in order of priority (1 for highest preference, 2 for second, and so on).

  6. Save & Submit: Double-check your preference order. Click Save and submit your choices.

  7. Print Copy: Download and print a copy of your submitted options for future reference.

Important Instructions for Candidates

  • Maximise Preferences: TGCHE advises candidates to enter as many choices as possible to avoid remaining unallotted, especially since Phase 2 is the final round of central counselling.

  • Impact on Phase 1 Seats: If a candidate who was allotted a seat in Phase 1 gets a new allotment in Phase 2, their previous allotment will automatically stand cancelled.

  • Avoid Technical Rush: Applicants are urged to lock their options well ahead of the August 25 deadline to avoid potential server congestion.
