Ex-servicemen will receive age relaxation as per Government of India rules, and a 5-year relaxation is also available for candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir between 1 January 1980 and 31 December 1989, subject to providing a certificate from a competent authority during document verification. The date of birth recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary Examination Certificate will be considered for age calculation.
