The ULSAT 2026 examination window also commenced on June 1, 2026, operating in an online, remote-proctored mode. The application fee for Indian students was Rs. 1750, and the slot booking for the examination had opened earlier on May 18, 2026.

ULSAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Prospective candidates for the 5-year integrated law programs, including BA LLB (Hons.) and BBA LLB (Hons.), needed to secure a minimum of 50% marks in both their Class 10 and Class 12 examinations. In addition, UPES provides certain exemptions from the ULSAT 2026 examination. Candidates with a CLAT AIR ranking up to 15000 are directly exempted from appearing in ULSAT for BA LL.B. (Hons.) And BBA LL.B. (Hons.) Programs. In addition, those who achieved 75% marks in both Class 10 and Class 12, with English as a compulsory subject among five main subjects, are also exempted from ULSAT for these integrated law programs.

The ULSAT 2026 is an online, remote-proctored test designed to assess candidates across various competencies. The examination consists of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) distributed across five distinct sections, with a total test duration of 2 hours.
