Guru Jambheshwar University Moradabad Result 2026: UG, PG and B.Ed Results
Guru Jambheshwar University, Moradabad (GJUM) is a state university of the Government of Uttar Pradesh, working from its camp office at the Government Polytechnic campus on Kanth Road, Moradabad. It conducts exams for its own campus programmes and for its affiliated colleges, including B.Ed., B.El.Ed., B.P.Ed., M.Ed., B.Sc., B.Com., LL.B. and BA LL.B. Results for all of them go to one place: the university’s Samarth portal. GJUM does not post result PDFs or merit lists in the notices section of gjum.ac.in.
The Moradabad university is often confused with Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology (GJUST) in Hisar, Haryana, which is also called “GJU”. The two have separate portals. The web.gjuonline.ac.in result pages belong to Hisar and have no GJUM results.
Where to Check GJU Moradabad Results
The Examination menu on gjum.ac.in has a “Result” item. It opens the GJUM Samarth portal at gjumadm.samarth.edu.in, the same portal used for admission registration and online exam forms. In its 2026 challenge evaluation notices, the university’s Controller of Examination sends enrolled students to the student sign-in page at gjum.samarth.edu.in.
- Open gjum.ac.in/examination and choose Result from the Examination menu, or go straight to the student portal at gjum.samarth.edu.in.
- On the Student Portal sign-in screen, enter your username and password and type the captcha text. Click the captcha to change it if you can’t read it.
- Students without an account can use New Registration on the same screen. If you have forgotten your password, use Reset Password and follow the link sent to your registered email ID.
- Once you’re signed in, look for your semester or yearly result and note the marks for each paper. You’ll need them if you apply for challenge evaluation.
The university’s general helpline is 0591 2976525 and gjumoffice@gmail.com. Payment problems on Samarth go to gjumsamarth@gmail.com with a screenshot and the transaction ID, after waiting 24 hours for the status to refresh.

Challenge Evaluation (Revaluation) at GJUM
Revaluation at GJUM works through challenge evaluation. The university adopted it on 16 May 2026, following the uniform rule set by the Governor’s Secretariat for state universities in Uttar Pradesh. It works in two phases, and both are applied for online on the Samarth student portal.
| Phase 1 | Phase 2 | |
|---|---|---|
| What you get | Scanned copy of your evaluated answer book | Fresh evaluation of the answer book |
| Apply within | 30 days of the result | 45 days of the result |
| Fee | Rs 300 per paper | Rs 2,500 per paper |
- Phase 2 is open only to students who have seen their answer book in phase 1 and are still not satisfied.
- In phase 2, two subject experts from a panel of at least four examine the answer book. The original examiner’s marks are hidden from them.
- Phase 2 marks are final and go on the marksheet, whether they are higher or lower than the original marks.
- If the challenged marks are more than 20 percent higher than the original, Rs 1,500 of the Rs 2,500 fee is refunded.
- Answer books are not given out by any other route.
