NPCIL internship for CA/CMA students: apply by 26 October 2026

The Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) has announced an internship opportunity for CA/CMA students in the field of Finance & Accounts. Interested candidates can apply through the official NPCIL website, npcilcareers.co.in, with the last date for applications set for October 26, 2026.

This initiative aims to provide practical training to students who have passed the Inter level of CA or CMA examinations. The selection process will involve screening based on aggregate marks, followed by a personal interview.

Eligibility and Application Process

Students who have successfully passed the Inter level of CA or CMA in Finance & Accounts are eligible to apply for the internship. Candidates must be between 18 and 56 years of age, meaning they should not have been born on or after October 27, 2008, and not before October 26, 1970. Applications from candidates who have not included their Final marks will not be considered during the screening process.

The application process is entirely online and consists of four main steps. Applicants must first register on the NPCIL careers portal, followed by an activation step. After that, candidates need to fill in their personal and academic details, upload their signature and photograph, submit the application, and finally print the confirmation form for future reference. Shortlisted candidates for the online interview are advised to keep their Aadhar Card and the online application form ready.

2. Click on the internship link available on the home page.
3. Register themselves on the new page that opens.
4. Fill the application fee once registration is done.
5. Click on submit and download the confirmation page.
6. Keep a hard copy of the confirmation page for further need.

Stipend and Selection Procedure

Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of ₹20,000. An additional amount of ₹5,000 will be provided if accommodation is not available at the Unit/Headquarters of NPCIL. The eligibility of students for practical training at NPCIL units and HQs will adhere to the terms and conditions set by their respective institutions.

Shortlisting for the personal interview will be conducted in a 1:5 ratio, based on the aggregate marks obtained in the Inter CA/Inter CMA examination. The final selection of trainees will be determined through a personal interview, which candidates can attend in virtual mode. Only screened-in candidates will be notified via their registered email ID regarding the further selection process.
