According to the official notice issued by the RRB, the CBT-I examination will be conducted in multiple sessions on February 19, 2026, February 20, 2026, and March 3, 2026. The recruitment process aims to fill technical roles in various railway zones, offering Level-6 pay with a basic salary of Rs. 35,400 per month.

RRB CBT I Admit Card and Exam City Information

- Exam city intimation, along with the specific exam date and downloadable travel authority for eligible SC/ST candidates, will be available 10 days prior to the respective exam date.
- Admit cards (e-call letters) for RRB JE CBT-I will be issued for download four days before the exam date indicated in the city intimation.
Applicants are urged to regularly check their respective regional RRB portals for these updates and to avoid relying on unofficial sources.
RRB CBT I: Important Instructions and Biometric Requirements
As part of the entry protocol, Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication will be mandatory at examination centers. Candidates must carry their original Aadhaar card or a printout of e-verified Aadhaar for verification purposes.

– Ensure Aadhaar details are unlocked in the UIDAI system to facilitate smooth biometric registration.
