According to official updates from XLRI, XAT 2026 was conducted in a single shift from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on January 4, 2026. Nearly 1.35 lakh candidates are estimated to have appeared for the examination. Due to the single-shift format, no score normalization was applied.
