Mizoram NEET UG First Merit List Out, Submit NEET Scorecard by Tomorrow (28 July)

The Department of Higher and Technical Education (DHTE), Government of Mizoram, released the First Provisional Merit List for Mizoram NEET UG Counselling 2026 on July 24, 2026, for admissions under the 85% State Quota. The scorecard submission and counselling registration window for the same closes tomorrow, i.e. July 28 (3:00 PM). Eligible candidates who have not yet completed the process must report to the counselling authority, submit their NEET UG 2026 scorecard along with the prescribed ₹10 report form fee, and complete the required formalities before the deadline. Candidates who fail to do so will not be considered for inclusion in the subsequent state merit list and Round 1 state quota admission process.

Who Must Complete the Counselling Process Before the Deadline?

What Happens After the Counselling Deadline?

Once the registration and grievance windows close, the state technical wing will execute the next stages of the allocation procedure:

  • Seat Allotment Result: Seats will be auto-allocated based on the applicant’s NEET rank, state merit position, category reservation, and locked preferences.

  • Document Verification & Institute Reporting: Candidates allotted seats must undergo physical document verification and submit their original certificates to confirm their admissions.

  • Subsequent Rounds: Any remaining vacant seats will be carried forward to Round 2, followed by Mop-Up and Stray Vacancy rounds.
