IIT Bombay, Honeywell Launch Centre of Excellence for Future Sustainability Skills

IIT Bombay and global technology leader Honeywell have partnered to establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for sustainability skills. This new centre, located at IIT Bombay’s Powai campus, aims to train over 100,000 students in sustainability-related fields by 2030. The ‘IIT Bombay–Honeywell Centre of Excellence for Future Skills and Innovation’ will drive sustainability education. Honeywell Hometown Solutions India Foundation (HHSIF), Honeywell’s philanthropic arm, fully funds its creation. The CoE will strengthen India’s workforce for the growing green technology sector.
