The document verification process is scheduled for October 27, 2026. Candidates can download their call letters from the official OJAS Gujarat website, ojas.gujarat.gov.in.

This recruitment drive aims to fill 950 Class 3 vacancies, including 172 for Police Sub Inspector (Wireless) and 698 for Technical Operator positions. The release of the DV admit card marks a crucial stage in the selection process for these posts, following earlier physical and written examinations.

Downloading Admit Cards and Required Documents

Candidates are required to enter their confirmation number and date of birth on the OJAS Gujarat website to download their admit cards. For the document verification on October 27, 2026, candidates must carry original identity proof, the document verification call letter, their School Leaving Certificate, marksheets for all semesters, and degree or diploma certificates as applicable. Also, one set of photocopies of all required documents must also be presented.

Applicants from EWS, SEBC, SC, and ST categories are mandated to carry valid category certificates and submit relevant filled-out category-specific annexures and supporting documents. Candidates applying for Wireless Cadre posts must also print, fill out, and submit the prescribed preference form during the verification process.

The selection process for these posts includes a Physical Test, Written Exam, Skill Test (if applicable), Document Verification, and Medical Examination. The written assessment for Police Sub Inspector (Wireless), Technical Operator, Police Sub Inspector (Motor Transport), and Head Constable Driver Mechanic (Grade-I) positions was conducted on August 23, 2026.

Application Details and Examination Structure

The application fee for the General Category was ₹100, while no application fee was charged for EWS, SC, ST, and EBC categories. The maximum age for Head Constable Driver Mechanic was 33 years as of January 29, 2026, and 35 years for Sub Inspector and Technical Operator posts as of the same date.

The written exam for Wireless PSI and Technical Operator consisted of 150 marks to be completed in 2 hours, with a 0.25 negative marking for wrong or un-attempted questions if option E was not selected. The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) required male candidates to run 5000 meters in a maximum of 25 minutes, female candidates 1600 meters in 9 minutes 30 seconds, and ex-servicemen 2400 meters in 12 minutes 30 seconds.
