The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) is set to initiate the registration process for the TS EAMCET 2026 Final Phase Counselling tomorrow, July 31, 2026. Key Steps to Register for TG EAPCET Final Round

Candidates registering for the third and final round must complete the following steps online:

  1. Payment of Processing Fee: Visit tgeapcet.nic.in and select the payment link. Log in using your TG EAPCET 2026 Hall Ticket Number, Registration Number, and SSC Marks Memo Date of Birth.

  2. Counselling Processing Fee: Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories must pay INR 600, while all other categories (OC/EWS/BC) are required to pay INR 1,200 using Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, or T-Wallet.

  3. Slot Booking for Verification: After successful fee payment, candidates must select a convenient Help Line Centre (HLC), date, and time slot for offline certificate verification.

  4. Offline Certificate Verification: Physical document verification for newly registered candidates will take place on August 1, 2026, at chosen helpline centers. Candidates who completed verification in earlier rounds do not need to attend again.

Mandatory Requirement: Exercise Fresh Web Options

A critical instruction issued by TGCHE highlights that candidates must exercise web options afresh for the final phase. Web options chosen during Phase 1 or Phase 2 will not be carried forward or considered for the final seat allotment.

The window for entering fresh options opens on August 1 and closes on August 2, 2026. Authorities strongly advise candidates to enter as many choices as possible—prioritizing preferred colleges and branches—to maximize their chances of securing a seat, as available vacancies are limited.

Seat Allotment Result and Download Process

The provisional seat allotment result for the TS EAMCET 2026 Final Phase will be declared on August 5, 2026. Candidates can check their status and download the Provisional Allotment Order by logging into the candidate portal using their:

  • TG EAPCET 2026 Hall Ticket Number

  • Login ID Number

  • Password

  • Date of Birth

Upon allotment, candidates must pay the requisite tuition fee online and complete website self-reporting between August 5 and August 7, 2026. Additionally, physical reporting at the newly allotted college is mandatory during this window in cases where there is a change of branch or institution.

What Follows Next? Post-Final Phase Admission Events

Once the centralized Final Phase counselling concludes on August 7, TGCHE will initiate institution-level admission processes to fill any remaining vacant seats across colleges:

  • Internal Sliding (August 12 – August 17, 2026): Students who have already secured admission in a college can apply to change their engineering branch within the same institution, subject to seat availability and rank merit.

  • Spot Admissions (August 16, 2026 Onwards): Individual engineering colleges will conduct open spot admission rounds directly on campus to fill unfilled seats. Candidates participating in spot admissions should note that statutory fee reimbursement schemes may not apply for spot round allotments as per prevailing state norms.

Students are urged to complete all registration requirements promptly tomorrow on tgeapcet.nic.in to ensure participation in this final centralized allocation round.
