The National Testing Agency (NTA) has reopened the application form for the JEE Main Session 2. This decision has been taken after receiving multiple requests from the candidates on various platforms and on their helplines. The NTA has announced that the JEE Main Session 2 registration reopening window will be active between March 12, 12:00 pm, and March 13, 9:00 pm. However, the candidates can complete their fee payment till 11:50 pm on March 13.
Originally, the JEE Main Session 2 registrations happened between February 1, 2026, and February 25, 2026. Also, the correction window was opened between February 27 and February 28, in which registered candidates could edit specific fields in their application form.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has reopened the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 application window for a short period to provide another opportunity for candidates who missed the earlier deadline. The registration portal was reopened on March 12, and candidates can submit their application forms until March 13, 2026, at 9:00 PM. The fee payment facility will remain available until 11:50 PM on the same day.
Candidates who have not yet completed their registration are advised to visit the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in and submit their forms before the deadline. The JEE Main 2026 Session 2 examination is expected to be conducted from April 2 to April 9, 2026. Applicants should regularly check the official website for updates regarding the exam city slip and admit card.

Candidates can follow the steps below to complete JEE Main 2 registrations:
- Go to the official NTA JEE main website, jeemain.nta.nic.in
- On the homepage, in the latest notification section, you will find “JEE Main Session 2 Registration”, click on it.
- You will be redirected to a white screen displaying “Registration for JEE(Main)-2026 [Session-II]”, click on the button.
- If logging in for the first time, click on “New Registration” and register yourself.
- You can then log in using your registration number and password.
- Fill the application form
- Upload the relevant documents, like the photograph and signature
- Fee payment through UPI, Credit/Debit/Netbanking
- Submit the application form and download it for your reference.
Candidates are advised to register themselves at the earliest since the application form is reopened for a short window. Also, during the last few hours, site congestion has been reported many times earlier.
