CG SET 2026: Submit answer key objections by Oct 26, 3 PM

The Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CG Vyapam) has released the provisional answer key for the Chhattisgarh State Eligibility Test (CG SET) 2026. The model answers were published on October 21, 2026, and are available on the board’s official website, vyapam.cgstate.gov.in.

Alongside the release, an objection facility has been activated, allowing candidates to challenge potentially incorrect answers in the provisional key. This window will remain open until October 26, 2026, at 3 pm, providing an opportunity for candidates to verify their responses and assess their probable scores.

Objection Process and Requirements

Candidates who identify discrepancies in the provisional answer key can submit their objections online through the official portal. A fee of Rs 50 is mandated for each question challenged. This is make-or-break for candidates to provide authentic supporting evidence in PDF format to substantiate their claims, as guidebooks will not be accepted as valid proof for objections. Submissions made via post or in person will not be considered.

After completing the objection process, candidates are advised to download the acknowledgment. Subject experts will review all received objections, and their decision regarding any corrections to the answer key will be final. The provisional answer key covers both Paper I (general aptitude) and Paper II (subject-specific) for the 19 subjects in which the exam was conducted.

The CG SET 2026 examination was conducted on October 4, 2026, in offline mode (OMR Based) with Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) across eight exam centres. The test determines eligibility for the post of Assistant Professor in universities and colleges throughout Chhattisgarh. The application process for CG SET 2026 ran from July 23 to August 17, 2026, with an application correction window available from August 18 to 20, 2026. Admit cards were released on September 28, 2026.
