2. Locate the Allotment Link: Click on the active link titled “Round 4 Seat Allocation Result for JEECUP Counselling 2026” under the Candidate Activity Board.

3. Enter Login Credentials: Input your JEECUP 2026 Application Number, Password, and Security Pin.

4. View Allotment Status: Submit the details to access your dashboard and view the assigned college and branch.

5. Download Allotment Letter: Download and save the provisional seat allotment letter for the document verification stage.

What After Round 4 Seat Allotment?

Once the allotment results are published, candidates must choose between two options: Freeze or Float. Selecting “Freeze” indicates that the candidate is satisfied with the assigned seat and wishes to confirm admission, whereas “Float” allows candidates to participate in subsequent rounds for a potential upgrade while holding the current seat. The option selection window will remain open online from July 31 to August 3, 2026 (up to 5:00 PM).

Candidates who wish to withdraw their allotted seats can do so on August 5, 2026. For those who do not secure a seat in Round 4 or wish to seek further options, registration and choice modification for Round 5 will take place from August 6 to August 10, 2026.
