The online application process involves five mandatory steps: registration, filling the application, paying fees, uploading images and certificates, and printing the acknowledgement page.

The printout of the Application Acknowledgement page and supporting documents should not be sent to the Office of the CEE by post, e-mail, or in person. Applicants must be prepared to produce all original documents for verification when requested by the CEE or the admitting authority. For D.Pharm, candidates must have completed 17 years of age on or before 31 December 2025.
