Candidates seeking admission to postgraduate courses in Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy must register for Round 1 between October 26 and November 1, 2026. The AIAPGET 2026 exam was conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on August 22, 2026, with a re-exam for 49 candidates on September 1, 2026. Subsequent Counselling Rounds and Key Dates

Stray Vacancy Rounds Schedule

Following the three regular rounds, the AACCC has outlined two stray vacancy rounds. Registration and payment for Stray Vacancy Round 1 will occur from December 14 to 16, 2026, with choice filling and locking closing at 11:55 pm on December 16, 2026. The seat allotment result for this round will be declared on December 18, 2026, and candidates must report to their institutes between December 19 and 22, 2026.

For Stray Vacancy Round 2, fresh registration and choice filling will not be permitted. Instead, choices submitted during Stray Vacancy Round 1 will be considered for seat allotment. The seat allotment process for Stray Vacancy Round 2 is scheduled for December 24, 2026, with results announced on December 25, 2026. Candidates allotted seats in this final round must report to their respective institutes from December 26 to 29, 2026.
