The Department of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh has officially released the schedule PDF for the MP State Combined NEET UG Counselling 2026. Candidates who have qualified in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2026 can now participate in the online admission process for 85% State Quota MBBS and BDS seats across government and private medical/dental colleges in Madhya Pradesh.

According to the official schedule released on August 4, 2026, the online registration window for Round 1 opens on August 5, 2026. The seat allotment results for Round 1 will be declared on August 20, 2026. The merit list will be out on August 14th , 2026. This will be followed by choice filling (August 15) and Round 1 allotment (August 20).

MP NEET UG Counselling 2026 Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the MP NEET UG State Quota Counselling 2026, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

  • NEET UG Qualification: Candidates must have qualified NEET UG 2026 by securing marks equal to or higher than the cutoff percentile specified by the NTA.

  • Domicile Requirement: For the 85% State Quota seats, the candidate must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh or hold an authentic MP domicile certificate.

  • Academic Criteria: Must have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English individually in 10+2 or equivalent examinations with the minimum requisite percentage.

  • Age Limit: Must have attained a minimum age of 17 years on or before December 31, 2026.

How to Register for MP NEET UG Counselling 2026?

Candidates must follow these steps to register for MP State Combined NEET UG Counselling:

  1. Visit the Official Portal: Access the official MP Online DME counselling website.

  2. Profile Creation: Click on the “NEET UG Counselling” link and create a candidate profile using your NEET UG Roll Number and Application Number.

  3. Fill Application Details: Provide personal details, educational qualifications, contact details, and category details.

  4. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of the required certificates and photos as per the specified format.

  5. Pay Registration Fee: Complete the online non-refundable registration fee payment through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI.

  6. Submit and Download: Lock the profile, submit the application form, and save a soft copy or printout for future reference.

Documents Required for MP NEET UG Counselling 2026

Candidates invited for document verification and college reporting must present original copies along with self-attested photocopies of the following credentials:

  • NEET UG Admit Card 2026

  • NEET UG Scorecard / Rank Letter 2026

  • Class 10th Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate (for age proof)

  • Class 12th Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate

  • Madhya Pradesh Domicile Certificate (issued by a competent authority)

  • Caste / Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS, if applicable)

  • Income Certificate (for reserved categories/scholarship schemes)

  • Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID)

  • Passport-size Photographs (matching the photo on the NEET application)

  • Seat Allotment Letter (after allotment declaration)

MP NEET UG Counselling 2026 Seat Allotment Process

The MP NEET UG seat allocation is conducted through an automated, merit-cum-preference system:

  • Merit List Generation: DME publishes the MP State Merit List based on NEET UG 2026 scores.

  • Choice Filling & Locking: Candidates select and rank their preferred medical and dental institutes. Unlocked choices will be automatically locked after the deadline.

  • Seat Allocation: Allotments are calculated using the candidate’s State Merit Rank, category reservation rules, seat matrix, and preference choices.

  • College Reporting & Verification: Allotted candidates must physically report to their respective colleges between August 21 and August 27, 2026, to complete verification and secure admission.

  • Upgradation Preference: During admission reporting, candidates can submit their preference (YES/NO) for seat upgradation in Round 2.
