Choices left unlocked by 5:00 PM on August 20 will be automatically locked based on the last saved preferences. Once locked, choices cannot be edited or rearranged for Round 1. Candidates allotted seats must download their provisional allotment letter and report to their assigned institution with all original certificates prior to the August 28 deadline
