Processing Fee Structure

To participate in the counselling process, candidates must pay a non-refundable registration cum processing fee online:

  • OC / BC (General & OBC candidates): ₹1,200

  • SC / ST / PH candidates: ₹600

Payments can be made directly on the portal using net banking, credit cards, or debit cards. Once payment is successful, save and print the receipt for verification.

  2. Class 10 (SSC) Marks Memo

1. Visit the Official Portal:

Open your web browser and go to cap.apcfss.in. Click on the link titled AP EAPCET 2026 Phase-1 Registration.

2. Enter Login Credentials:

Input your AP EAPCET Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth to load your profile details on screen.

3. Verify Details & Upload Documents:

Check your personal details, rank, and category information. Upload clear scanned copies of required certificates if prompted by the system.

4. Pay the Processing Fee:

Select your preferred payment mode (Net Banking, Credit, or Debit Card) and complete the ₹1,200 or ₹600 fee payment.

After a successful transaction, download and print the application confirmation page and fee receipt.

What Happens Next?

  • Certificate Verification: Online verification by Help Line Centres (HLCs) takes place between July 22 and July 31. If your certificates pass online checks without issues, you will receive a confirmation message.

  • Exercising Web Options: Starting July 25, verified candidates can log in to choose their preferred colleges and branches in order of priority.

  • Seat Allotment: APSCHE will publish the Phase 1 seat allotment list on August 6, 2026. Candidates who secure a seat must complete self-reporting on the portal and report to their assigned college between August 7 and August 13.

Tip for Applicants: Register early to allow ample time for certificate verification. If any document requires correction or re-uploading at a helpline center, doing it before July 29 will prevent last-minute complications during choice filling.
