The choice-filling window opened on July 25, 2026, and candidates have been given time until July 31, 2026, to finalize and lock their choices. The web options entry is a critical phase in the admission process, as the seat allotment will be strictly generated based on the merit rank, category reservation, and the preferential order of options exercised by the applicants.

Applicants who have completed certificate verification can submit their preferences online. Follow these steps to complete the choice-filling process:

  1. Visit the Official Portal: Navigate to the official AP EAMCET counselling portal at cap.apcfss.in.

  2. Access Option Entry Link: On the homepage, click on the active link titled “AP EAMCET 2026 Phase 1 Web Option Entry”.

  3. Candidate Login: Input your AP EAPCET Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth to access the choice-filling portal.

  4. Select Options: Browse through the list of participating universities, state colleges, and private institutions along with their available engineering branches.

  5. Prioritize Choices: Arrange your preferred college-branch combinations in descending order of priority (Preference 1, Preference 2, etc.).

  6. Save & Print: Review your choices carefully before saving. Take a printout or save a digital copy of your selected options for future reference.

Candidates reporting to allotted institutes must ensure they carry clear copies and originals of the following certificates:

  • AP EAPCET 2026 Rank Card & Hall Ticket

  • Class 10 (SSC) and Class 12 (Intermediate) Marks Memos

  • Transfer Certificate (TC) and Study Certificates (Class 6 to Intermediate)

Editing Window & Seat Allotment Guidelines

APSCHE has provided an additional one-day buffer for candidates who wish to revise their option lists. On August 1, 2026, a dedicated modification window will open, allowing candidates to re-arrange, add, or delete their submitted choices. Once this editing window closes on August 1, the choices will be permanently locked.

The Phase 1 Seat Allotment Result will be published on August 6, 2026. Candidates who are allotted a seat must complete online self-reporting through the portal and physically report to their respective colleges between August 7 and August 13, 2026, to finalize their admission. Classes for the new academic session are scheduled to commence on August 10, 2026.
