Bihar Board Toppers 2026: Dignitaries and Event Details
The felicitation ceremony, held at Nek Samvad, Patna, on September 9, 2026, was graced by several prominent figures. Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary honoured the students and delivered a speech, highlighting what’s key about celebrating academic success promptly. He stated, “Today, the Education Department is organizing this felicitation ceremony for the meritorious students of the 2026 Intermediate and Matric annual examination. When I was reviewing this, I came to know that this programme used to be held in November or December. So I felt that this programme should be held right at the beginning. When people pass their examinations and someone becomes a topper, they should be felicitated immediately. If it is done after six months, it becomes more of a collective event, and people also move to new places to take their lives to new heights.”

The programme was organised under the chairmanship of Mithilesh Tiwari, Minister, Education Department, Bihar, ensuring a well-coordinated and impactful event for the deserving students.
