EMRS Tier 2 result for Female Staff Nurse, Hostel Warden out

The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) today, September 25, 2026, announced the EMRS Tier 2 (Phase 10) Result for various teaching and non-teaching posts under the Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) scheme. The results for Female Staff Nurse and Hostel Warden (Male/Female) were published on the official NESTS website, nests.tribal.gov.in.

This declaration marks the latest phase in the ongoing release of results for the EMRS Staff Selection Examination (ESSE) 2026, which aims to fill a total of 7,267 vacancies. Over 500,000 candidates applied for the examination, with approximately 120,000 appearing for the Tier 2 exam conducted between March 22 and 25, 2026.

Accessing EMRS Tier 2 Results and Scorecards

Candidates who appeared for the EMRS Tier 2 examination can now access their results, including post-wise and category-wise cutoff marks, along with the list of selected candidates. To check their results, candidates need to visit the official NESTS website and log in using their application number and password or date of birth. Both the merit list PDF and individual scorecards are available for download.

The final result has been prepared after considering objections raised by candidates against the provisional answer key, which was released on May 13, 2026, with objections accepted until May 17, 2026.

Phased Release of EMRS Tier 2 Results

The NESTS has been releasing the EMRS Tier 2 results in multiple phases, commencing mid-August 2026. Prior to today’s announcement for Female Staff Nurse and Hostel Warden, results for various other posts have been declared throughout September. This phased approach ensures a systematic release of outcomes for the diverse range of teaching and non-teaching positions.

The recruitment drive is part of the broader initiative by the National Education Society for Tribal Students, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, to provide quality education to tribal children through Eklavya Model Residential Schools.

Next Steps for Shortlisted Candidates

For candidates shortlisted for Principal posts, the selection process will proceed to physical document verification, followed by an interview round. The detailed schedule, including reporting dates, venue details, and reporting guidelines for both document verification and interview, will be published on nests.tribal.gov.in in due course. Candidates are advised to prepare original sets and multiple self-attested photocopies of essential documents.

These documents include the EMRS ESSE-2025 Confirmation Page, Tier-II Shortlist Result slip, a valid government photo ID, academic qualification records, experience certificates, category/caste/EWS/PwBD certificates, and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) if applicable. The overall selection process for EMRS includes a Written Test (Tier 1 & 2), Interview/Skill Test, and Document Verification.
