Payments can be made through various methods including cash, demand draft, cheques, or RTGS, all payable in favour of “Era University” at Lucknow.

Candidates must report to the PhD Cell, located at the Principal Office of Era’s Lucknow Medical College & Hospital, Era University, Lucknow, to complete their admission formalities. A copy of the PhD fee receipt must be submitted for the subsequent processing of PhD registration. Dr. (Prof.) Jamal Masood serves as the Chairperson of the PhD Cell.

Program Requirements and Institutional Policies

Era University mandates full-time attendance at its campus for the entire duration of the PhD program, as it does not offer part-time PhD programmes. This policy requires all candidates to commit to continuous on-campus presence throughout their doctoral tenure.

For candidates who are permanent employees of government or private organizations, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer is mandatory. This NOC must explicitly state that the employer will grant the candidate a minimum of one year of study leave and permission to work at Era University, Lucknow.
