The FORE School of Management in New Delhi released its Placement Report for the 2024-26 academic cycle on 6 October 2026. The report details the placement outcomes for its PGDM programs, including specialisations such as International Business (IB), Financial Management (FM), and Big Data Analytics (BDA).

The 2025 placement season saw an average package of approximately ₹16.8 lakh per annum and a median package of about ₹15.2 lakh. The highest package offered during this period touched ₹29 lakh. A total of 138 companies visited the campus, with 45 participating as first-time recruiters.
2025 Placement Highlights and Sectoral Distribution
In the 2025 placement season, 49 students received pre-placement offers or pre-placement interviews. Major recruiting sectors included BFSI, IT/ITES, Consulting, Marketing, and Operations. BFSI accounted for approximately one-third of the total offers.

Overview of the 2022-24 Placement Cycle
The FORE School of Management also concluded the placement process for its 2022-24 batch, placing 374 students across various courses. This cycle involved 132 recruiters, including 42 new companies. The average CTC for the 2022-24 batch was INR 16.1 LPA, with a median CTC of INR 15 LPA. The highest CTC recorded was INR 70 LPA.
During the 2022-24 period, 38 students secured Pre-Placement Offers (PPO) and Interviews (PPI). Key sectors for this batch included IT/ITES (34%), BFSI (27%), and MR & Consulting (17%). FMNG, FMCD, and Automobile sectors collectively made up 12% of the offers.
Department-Wise and Sector-Wise Placement Data
The FORE School of Management’s placement report for the 2022-24 academic cycle provides a detailed breakdown of placements by department and sector. Regarding departmental placement percentages, Marketing accounted for 36% of placements, followed by Finance at 25%, and International Business at 13%. Big Data Analytics saw 9% of placements, while Human Resources and Operations recorded 7% and 6% respectively. IT placements made up 4% of the total.
Sector-wise, BFSI led with 27% of placements in the 2022-24 cycle. IT/ITES and FMCD, FMCG & Automobiles each constituted 23% of offers, while MR & Consulting accounted for 13%. The “Others” category comprised 14% of placements. The highest CTC for Marketing students was INR 70 LPA, for Consulting & Research students it was INR 29.5 LPA, and for Finance students, it reached INR 21.9 LPA. IT/ITES and HR departments both recorded a highest CTC of INR 18 LPA, and Operations students received a highest CTC of INR 17 LPA.

The FORE School of Management, established in 1981, has significantly increased its student intake for the new academic session, 2024-2025. The institution expanded its capacity from 480 students to 720 students. This expansion aims to accommodate a larger number of students across its various Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programs.
