International Management Institute (IMI) Delhi released its final placement report for the 2024-26 PGDM batch on October 6, 2026. The report details the placement outcomes for 412 students across its PGDM, PGDM (Human Resource Management), and PGDM (Banking and Financial Services) programmes.

The institute also announced 100% summer placements for the current batch of 2024-26. The 2026 final placements saw participation from over 100 recruiters, with the highest package reaching INR 40.31 LPA.
IMI Delhi Placements 2026 Overview
IMI Delhi’s 2026 placements concluded with all 412 students from the 2023-25 batch securing final placements. The average package for the year was INR 17.91 LPA, and the median package was INR 16.60 LPA. The highest package of INR 40.31 LPA was secured by a student from the PGDM (Banking & Financial Services) programme.
The batch comprised 52% male and 48% female students, with an average work experience of 19 months. Commerce graduates constituted 42% of the batch, while engineers made up 33%.

Programme-Wise Placement Performance
The PGDM (Banking & Financial Services) programme recorded the highest average CTC among all programmes at INR 20.90 LPA, with its highest package also being INR 40.31 LPA. The flagship PGDM programme, with 288 students, achieved an average CTC of INR 17.62 LPA. The PGDM (HRM) programme had an average CTC of INR 16.32 LPA.

Sectoral Placement Trends
In the 2025 placements, the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector offered the highest average CTC at INR 19.61 LPA. This was followed by Manufacturing and Conglomerate offers, which averaged INR 19.18 LPA. E-commerce, FMCD, FMCG, and Healthcare sectors also showed strong performance with an average CTC of INR 17.53 LPA.
The BFSI sector accounted for 54% of offers in the PGDM (B&FS) programme, 31% in the general PGDM, and 12% in PGDM (HRM). IT, ITES, and Telecom sectors were prominent in PGDM (HRM) with 52% of offers.
