GGV CUET: Submit UG fees by Aug 6, 2026, for first round admission

GGV CUET Admission and Counselling Schedule 2026

The admission process for undergraduate programmes at GGV for the 2026-27 academic year involved several key dates, beginning with online registration and culminating in the commencement of classes. The online registration window for admission and counselling via the Samarth Portal was open from July 10, 2026, to July 27, 2026. The overall merit list of applicants and the merit list for first-round fee submission were declared on August 3, 2026.

Following the declaration of the first-round merit list, candidates were given from August 4, 2026, to August 6, 2026, to submit their fees online. A second merit list for fee submission was declared on August 10, 2026, with the fee submission window for this round running from August 11, 2026, to August 13, 2026. Physical reporting and document verification for candidates from both the first and second rounds were completed by August 21, 2026. Any vacancies after physical verification and subsequent merit lists for further admission were declared on August 25, 2026, with offline counselling, if necessary, held on August 31, 2026.

Shortlisted candidates for this program, and others, were required to confirm admission by paying the required course fee within the stipulated timeline, with failure to do so resulting in the cancellation of provisional allotment.

Required Documents for Admission

Candidates who successfully secured admission were required to complete physical reporting and document verification at the GGV Bilaspur campus. This process was to be completed on or before August 21, 2026, for candidates from the first and second rounds of counselling. The necessary documents for UG admissions included 10th/HSC Marksheet, 12th/HSSC Marksheet, Caste/PwD/EWS Certificate (if applicable), Gap Certificate (if applicable), CUET UG Application Form, and CUET UG Score Card 2026.

Additionally, candidates needed a mobile phone and a Debit/Credit Card with sufficient balance for semester fee payment. Original Transfer Certificate (TC), Migration Certificate, Character Certificate, and other relevant documents were collected from admitted candidates before the next counselling round. Candidates were advised to bring original copies along with self-attested photocopies of their Class 10 and 12 marksheets, CUET scorecards, category certificates, transfer certificates (TC), and character certificates for verification.
