Counselling Process and Eligibility Criteria
The AYUSH Counselling 2026 is an online admission process for undergraduate degree AYUSH courses such as BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS, and BNYS. Admissions are primarily based on the NEET UG 2026 merit list, with specific percentile requirements: 50th percentile for UR/EWS, 40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC, and 45th percentile for PwD candidates. However, NEET is not required for BNYS admissions, which are based on Class 12 PCB merit.
Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) and English, with a minimum of 50% aggregate in PCB for UR/EWS and 40% for SC/ST/OBC. For BUMS, candidates must have passed Urdu/Arabic/Persian in 10th or 12th standard. The minimum age limit for all courses is 17 years on or before December 31, 2026. The MP AYUSH Counselling 2026 operates two separate portals on MP Online: UG_STATE for 85% State Quota seats and UG_AIQ for 15% Private College AIQ seats. MP Domicile is mandatory for Government colleges under the State Quota and given first priority in private institutions. The 15% Private College AIQ is open to candidates from all Indian states, with no MP domicile required, and admission is based purely on All India NEET UG rank.
