The Directorate of AYUSH, Madhya Pradesh, has initiated the second round of online registration for MP AYUSH counselling 2026. This round supports admissions to Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS), and Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) courses.
Prospective candidates can complete their registration on the official portal, ayush.mponline.gov.in, until September 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM. The counselling process is being conducted through MP Online for admission to government autonomous and private colleges that have received necessary permissions from regulatory bodies such as NCISM, NCH, or the Madhya Pradesh Government’s AYUSH Department.
MP AYUSH Counselling Round 2 Schedule
The registration window for the second round of MP AYUSH counselling opened today, September 27, 2026, and will close on September 30, 2026. Following registration, an editing facility for newly registered candidates will be available until October 1, 2026, up to 5 PM. Document verification is scheduled to be held at three designated help centres from September 28 to October 1, 2026.
Key dates for the subsequent stages of Round 2 counselling have also been released. The publication of vacant seats is set for October 5, 2026, followed by the merit list on October 6, 2026. Candidates will then be able to fill and lock their choices from October 7 to October 9, 2026. The seat allotment result for Round 2 will be declared on October 12, 2026, with reporting to allotted colleges scheduled from October 13 to October 15, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria and Fee Structure
To register for MP AYUSH counselling, candidates must provide their NEET UG 2026 Roll No, Application Number, and Date of Birth. A counselling fee of ₹600 is required. Eligibility criteria include passing 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, with minimum marks of 50% for General category, 45% for Physically Handicapped (PH), and 40% for SC/ST/OBC in PCB subjects. Candidates must also have qualified NEET-UG 2026 and be a minimum of 17 years old as on December 31, 2026. MP domicile is mandatory for state quota seats.
A non-refundable registration fee of ₹500 is applicable for all categories. In addition, a security deposit of ₹10,000 is required for General/OBC candidates and ₹5,000 for SC/ST candidates. For admissions to Deemed/Private Colleges, the security deposit is ₹50,000. Candidates are advised to use their Aadhaar-linked mobile number for registration. It is also noted that fresh choice filling and locking are required in every counselling round. A Seat Leaving Bond of ₹2 Lakh applies to UG students admitted to government autonomous institutions if they vacate or resign from their allotted seat.

The counselling process supports admissions to various AYUSH courses across Madhya Pradesh. There are approximately 32 BAMS colleges with around 2600 seats, 27 BHMS colleges with about 2300 seats, 4 BUMS colleges offering roughly 250 seats, and 3 BNYS colleges with approximately 180 seats.
