NIPER JEE Counselling Registration 2026 Starts; Seat Allotment Round 1 Result on July 11

The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) has officially opened the online registration portal for NIPER JEE Phase 1 web counseling. Candidates who qualified in the computer-based entrance exam can now log in and submit their preferences.

The online registration and “Web Options” entry window is currently open on the official portal. Following this window, NIPER will declare the Round 1 Seat Allotment Result on July 11, 2026.

This centralized admission process manages seats for prestigious master’s pprogramsacross all NIPER campuses, including MS (Pharm.), M.Pharm., and M.Tech. courses.

Who is Eligible to Register for Round 1?

NIPER has released a clear category-wise cutoff rank list for the Phase 1 counselling process. Only candidates who fall within these specific merit ranks and hold verified documents can participate:

General Category: Up to Rank 625
OBC Category: Up to Rank 1603
EWS Category: Up to Rank 1143
SC Category: Up to Rank 2590
ST Category: Up to Rank 3120
PwBD Category: Up to Rank 3674

Important Note: Meeting the cutoff rank is the first step. Your final seat allocation depends entirely on your choice entry, merit position, and successful document validation.

Step-by-Step Registration & Web Options Process

Completing your choice filling correctly is vital. Follow these four steps on the official web portal to lock in your college options:

1.Web Options Registration:Step 1.

Visit the official portal at niperadmissions.aptonline.in/NIPR. Click on the “Web Options Registration” tab. Enter your NIPER Hall Ticket Number, upload your affidavit certificate, and click “Proceed to Registration” to receive your unique Registration Reference ID.

2.Check Your Status:Step 2.

Go back to the homepage and select “Know Your Registration Status”. Provide your registered mobile number to confirm your registration is fully processed and valid before moving forward.

3.Fill Web Options:Step 3.

Click on the “Fill Web Options” link. Log in using your Hall Ticket Number, Reference ID, Date of Birth, and Mobile Number. Request and verify the OTP. Select your eligible courses and rank your preferred NIPER campuses in order of priority.

4.Submit and Print:Step 4.

Carefully review your choices. Submit the form and click on “Print Web Options” to save a physical or digital copy of your selected preferences for future reference.

Documents Required for NIPER Online Verification

NIPER has explicitly warned that uploading invalid, blurred, or incorrect documents can result in immediate disqualification. Ensure you have clean, scanned copies of the following:

Valid GPAT, GATE, or NET scorecards (as applicable)
NIPER JEE 2026 Hall Ticket and Rank Card
Category Certificate (OBC-NCL, EWS, SC, or ST if applying under reservation)
Government-issued Photo ID proof
Mandatory Affidavit / Undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper (if missing original certificates)

What Happens After the July 11 Seat Allotment?

Once NIPER publishes the Round 1 allotment results on July 11, 2026, candidates must log into their dashboards to check their status.

If you are allocated a seat, you must download your Provisional Allotment Letter immediately. To confirm your seat, you will be required to pay the partial admission fee online and upload any missing documents within the specified timeline. If you fail to submit the fee before the deadline, your allocated seat will be forfeited and passed to the next round of counselling.
