1. Visit the official NEET website at neet.nta.nic.in.
2. Click on the Re NEET OMR Sheet 2026 or OMR Sheet NEET 2026 download link.
3. Log in using the application number and password/date of birth.
4. The OMR NEET 2026 response sheet will appear on the screen.

Yes. Candidates will be able to report any discrepancy in their scanned OMR Sheet NEET 2026, when NTA opens a grievance window after releasing the response sheets. Candidates challenging their Re NEET OMR sheets will have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 200 per question. How to Calculate Your Expected Score Using the NEET OMR Sheet 2026

The NEET UG marking scheme is as follows:

• +4 marks for every correct answer.
• –1 mark for every incorrect answer.
• 0 marks for unanswered questions.

Expected Score = (4 × Correct Answers) − (1 × Incorrect Answers)

While calculating your score using the NEET OMR Sheet 2026, remember that the final result will be prepared only on the basis of the final answer key released by NTA after reviewing all objections. Therefore, your calculated score is only indicative.
