This round represents the final opportunity for admission to MBBS or BDS courses in the state for the 2026 academic year.

The application process for the NEET UG Special Stray Round is entirely online. Interested candidates must visit jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in, locate the online application link, fill out the required form, upload necessary documents, and pay the counselling fee before the 3:00 PM deadline today. The Board has specified that only NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates are eligible to apply.

Both fresh applicants and those who missed earlier counselling rounds are permitted to participate. Importantly, candidates who applied in previous rounds must re-apply for this special stray round. The initial Jharkhand NEET UG Counselling 2026 registration for admission to MBBS, BDS, and BHMS courses under the state counselling process opened on August 7, 2026, with a last date of August 11, 2026. The current special stray round is a subsequent measure to address remaining vacancies.

Colleges and Seat Allotment

This special stray round offers seats in four MBBS colleges and one BDS college located in Jharkhand. The Board will publish a fresh All India Merit List soon on jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in, which will be the sole basis for all seat allotments in this round. Dates for choice filling and subsequent seat allotment will be announced following the publication of the merit list.
