Haryana NEET UG 2026 special stray round schedule released: register by November 7

Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHSR), Rohtak, today, November 4, 2026, released the Haryana NEET UG Special Stray Round 2026 counselling schedule. This round is for admission to MBBS and BDS courses for the academic session 2026-27, with the schedule available on the official website, uhsrugcounselling.com.

This Special Stray Round follows earlier counselling phases, including Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and a regular Stray Round conducted from October 17 to October 26, 2026. It aims to fill remaining seats in government, government-aided, private medical and dental colleges, and private universities across Haryana.

Haryana NEET UG Special Stray Round 2026 Key Dates

The schedule for the Haryana NEET UG Special Stray Round 2026 outlines critical deadlines for candidates. Fresh registration and choice filling will conclude on November 7, 2026, with the choice locking facility available until 11:59 PM on the same day.

The provisional seat allocation is slated for November 10, 2026. Following this, candidates who are allotted seats must complete the online payment of provisional tuition fees between November 10 and November 14, 2026, by 5 PM. Physical document verification will take place on November 15, 2026, at Sushruta Auditorium, Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. The final deadline for joining the allotted institute is November 16, 2026, by 4 PM.

Eligibility and Security Deposit Requirements

Candidates interested in participating in the Special Stray Round must adhere to specific eligibility criteria and security deposit requirements. Those opting for state quota seats in government and government-aided medical/dental colleges are required to deposit INR 10,000 as a security amount. For candidates belonging to SC, SCD, BCA, BCB, EWS, and PwBD categories of Haryana, the security amount is INR 5,000.

Candidates who have previously registered for Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, or the regular Stray Round are not required to register again, but they must deposit the applicable security amount. However, candidates who were allotted and joined an MBBS or BDS seat through All India counselling or any state counselling up to the Stray Round are not eligible for this Special Stray Round. Similarly, candidates who were allotted seats in Round 3 or the regular Stray Round of Haryana state counselling are also ineligible to participate.

Previous Stray Round Timeline and Security Fees

The regular Stray Round counselling for MBBS/BDS for the 2026-27 batch was conducted earlier, from October 17 to October 26, 2026. During that round, fresh registration and security fee payment were open until October 19, 2026, with college choices to be submitted by 11:59 PM on the same date. Provisional seat allocation for the regular Stray Round was announced on October 21, 2026.

Online payment of provisional tuition fees for the regular Stray Round was accepted between October 21 and October 23, 2026, by 8:00 PM. Physical document verification took place on October 24, 2026, at Sushruta Auditorium, Pt. B.D. Sharma University, Rohtak, and the last date to join the allotted college was October 26, 2026, by 4:00 PM. For the regular Stray Round, candidates applying for state quota plus management quota in private colleges/universities had to deposit ₹5,00,000 as a security fee, which would be forfeited if an allotted seat was not joined by the deadline.
