This release follows a series of admission-related updates and provisional lists issued by CENTAC throughout September, culminating in the final Mop Up Round for these courses. A total of 12,290 completed applications were received for UG Non-NEET courses this academic year.

MOP UP Round and Previous Allotments

The Mop Up Round merit list for eligible candidates was released on September 24, 2026. This round addresses vacancies remaining after the completion of the third admission round. On the same day, CENTAC also published a notice regarding the Mop Up Round Eligible Candidates Merit List and listed the vacancies in UG Non-NEET courses that remained after Round 3.

Earlier, the Third Round UG Non-NEET Professional Admitted List and the Third Round UG Non-NEET Arts, Science and Commerce Admitted List for 2026-2027 were both released on September 24, 2026. The provisional allotment list for Round 3 was released on September 16, 2026, with the draft allotment list preceding it on September 15, 2026. The list of candidates eligible for Round 3 was released on September 14, 2026.

Application and Preference Submission Timeline

The submission of course preferences for the online Mop Up Round for UG Non-NEET Professional, Arts, Science & Commerce courses was initially notified on September 19, 2026. After that, a notice for the extension of the last date for submission of these preferences was issued on September 24, 2026. The last date for registration for UG Non-NEET courses was previously extended until September 8, 2026, 5:00 p.m.

CENTAC also published the seat matrix for the new B.Tech (Artificial Intelligence and Data Science) course in Puducherry Technological University for UG Non-NEET on September 24, 2026. The official source for all these updates is centacpuducherry.in.

CENTAC received a total of 12,290 completed applications for UG Non-NEET courses for the 2026-2027 academic year. For comparison, 6,024 applications were received for UG NEET courses. The committee also handles admissions for other programs, including UG Fine Arts, UG Lateral Entry, UG B.Arch., and PG Dental.
