Saurashtra University releases BA BEd integrated Sem-7 and 8 syllabus for 2026-27

Saurashtra University, located in Rajkot, Gujarat, today released the syllabus for the B.A. B.Ed. (Integrated) Sem-7 and 8 for the Academic Year 2026-27. The document is accessible on the university’s Academic Section website, saurashtrauniversity.ac.in.

This release outlines the curriculum for students pursuing the integrated B.A. B.Ed. program, detailing the academic framework and specific topics for the upcoming academic year. The syllabus is structured to align with the National Education Policy – 2020 as implemented in Gujarat State.

NEP-2020 Implementation AND Curriculum Details

The newly released syllabus for the B.A. B.Ed. (Integrated) Sem-7 and 8 for the 2026-27 Academic Year includes detailed sections on rolling out the National Education Policy, 2020 for Gujarat State. Chapters within the syllabus detail the ‘Overview of NEP-2020 Implementation’ and the ‘Implementation Roadmap of NEP-2020 for the State of Gujarat’.

Further sections address the ‘Adaptation of Common Curriculum and Credit Framework’, ‘Transformation of Education System in Higher Education Institutions’, and the ‘Adaptation of Multiple Entry and Multiple Exit System’. Recent University Circulars AND Expected Results

Plus the syllabus release, Saurashtra University has issued several circulars in recent weeks. An exam circular for MSc SEM 3 AND 4 REMEDIAL PRACTICAL EXAM was issued on 18 September 2026, while a circular for B.Ed. Sem 3 computer practical and annual lesson was released on 17 September 2026. Another exam circular for BSc PHYSICS, BIO.TECH SEM 5 & 6 AND MSc.IT SEM-3 REMEDIAL PRACTICAL EXAM for the year 2025-26 was issued on 16 September 2026.

An Enrollment-Enlistment Date Extend Circular for 2026-27 was issued on 11 September 2026. Circulars regarding UG Sem-01 & 02 and PG Sem-01-02 exam dates, as well as UG Sem-03 & 04 exam dates, were both issued on 18 August 2026. Furthermore, a circular for B.Sc. BASIC NURSING SEM-07 AND SEM -08 (REGULAR) exam form online entry was issued on 23 July 2026. The university is also expected to release 2026 semester results for various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Results for January-April 2026 exams are anticipated between May and July 2026. Odd Semester Results for exams held in November–December 2025 were expected in February–March 2026, and Even Semester Results for exams held in April–May 2026 are expected in June–August 2026. Students can access results on saurashtrauniversity.edu or result.saurashtrauniversity.edu using their seat or hall ticket number. Revaluation applications are typically accepted within 10–15 days after result declaration, with an estimated fee of ₹300–500 per subject. Saurashtra University does not offer a dedicated mobile app for result checking as of 2025.
